The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) unit aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in a licensed premises.
Each state in Australia has different RSA requirements.
Responsible Service of Alcohol – Online Course
You must have the National Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment to work in licensed venues in these states:
Western Australia
South Australia
Northern Territory
Queensland

Face-to-face Classes
In Victoria face-to-face Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences.
SITHFAB002 – Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Victoria (National Unit)
4 hour class. Face-to-face learning. All training and assessment will be completed in class.
